Life Recorder Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Life Recorder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Life Recorder provides guided questions, audio recording, written answers, memory organization, and related life story features. The app is provided for personal, lawful use.

You are responsible for the stories, recordings, answers, images, notes, and other content you add to or share through the app.

You may only record, upload, store, or share content that you created, own, are licensed to use, or otherwise have the legal right to use in Life Recorder.

You may not use Life Recorder to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, invade another person's privacy, disrupt the app, or attempt to access systems or data without permission.

Life Recorder does not grant you rights to any stories, recordings, transcripts, photos, notes, or other content you add to the app. You keep ownership of your lawful user content.

You are responsible for getting any permission required before recording another person, sharing another person's private information, or preserving stories that include another person's personal details.

If you share recordings or memories with family members or other people, you are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom.

Life Recorder and its design, branding, software, prompts, and related materials are owned by Marshsoft Technologies or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of stories, recordings, answers, or other content you lawfully add to the app.

We may suspend access to features, remove content from app-controlled systems, or restrict use of Life Recorder if we reasonably believe the app is being used for unlawful activity, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, or violation of these Terms.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Life Recorder at any time. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Use of Life Recorder is also governed by the Life Recorder Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the app.

Life Recorder is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Life Recorder is not a medical, legal, estate planning, or archival preservation service. You should keep your own backups of important recordings or memories.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marshsoft Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Life Recorder.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
