Book Sanctuary Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Book Sanctuary, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Book Sanctuary provides mobile book reading, library organization, progress tracking, Google login, Google Drive sync, and related reading features. The app is provided for personal, lawful use.

You are responsible for the content you add to or access through the app and for ensuring you have the rights needed to read, store, or manage that content.

You may only upload, sync, store, read, or manage books and documents that you own, created yourself, are licensed to use, are in the public domain, or that you otherwise have the legal right to use in Book Sanctuary.

You may not use Book Sanctuary to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, disrupt the app, or attempt to access systems or data without permission.

Book Sanctuary does not grant you rights to any book, document, or other content you add to the app. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of each book or document complies with copyright law, license terms, and any other applicable restrictions.

You may not use Book Sanctuary to upload, copy, store, distribute, share, sync, or access pirated books, unauthorized copies, or content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.

If you upload books or documents to Google Drive through Book Sanctuary, you are responsible for the legality of those uploads and for complying with Google's terms and policies.

Book Sanctuary and its design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Marshsoft Technologies or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of books, documents, or other content you lawfully add to the app.

We may suspend access to features, remove content from app-controlled systems, or restrict use of Book Sanctuary if we reasonably believe the app is being used for copyright infringement, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

We are not responsible for books or documents you store in your own Google Drive account, and removing access to Book Sanctuary does not necessarily remove files from Google Drive.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Book Sanctuary at any time. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Use of Book Sanctuary is also governed by the Book Sanctuary Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in connection with the app.

Book Sanctuary is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marshsoft Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Book Sanctuary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
